Lotmead Planning Appeal
Two outline planning applications at Land at Lotmead Farm, one for 2,600 residential units and the second for 200 residential units are due to be considered by the Planning Inspectorate at a Public Inquiry starting on Tuesday 7th November at 10am at the Council Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon. Swindon Borough Council expect the Public Inquiry to last a number of days and have currently booked the Council Offices for the period of 2 weeks, but the actual length on the inquiry meeting is not yet known. Residents and anyone interested in the Planning Appeal Public Inquiry are welcome to attend, if anyone wishes to speak they need to attend on the first day and make the Planning Inspectorate aware that they wish to speak. It is up to the Inspectorate to decide who is allowed to speak at the Inquiry.
