Wanborough Parish Council maintains its objection. The reduction from 316 to 286 dwellings has not resolved the principal technical and design concerns. The Lead Local Flood Authority recommends that the application is not approved, while highway, noise, urban design, active-travel and infrastructure matters remain unresolved.
