Scarecrow Trail 2026

The Scarecrow Trail is now over for this year.

The theme: The World of Theatre & Musicals

Thank you to everyone who took part. It was great to see so many families around the village.

We are making a donation to Wanborough Parents & Toddlers of £200

The remaining amount will be divided 50/50 between Wanborough School PTA and The Big Breakfast Plus, £1,450 each.

The Prize Winners

We sold 635 trail entry sheets, with 110 having all answers correct.

We drew the prize winners at the Wanborough Farmers' Market on Saturday 16th May.

We had several outstanding scarecrows this year, which received a high number of votes from the public. Two scarecrows were separated by just 2 votes, so we have decided to make one award for the overall winner and one for the runner-up, as this was created by a scarecrow maker new to the trail this year.
